Understanding how Scentsy shipping and returns work helps set expectations and ensures a smooth buying experience.
How Ordering Works
All Scentsy orders are placed through an Independent Consultant's personal website. Once you place your order, it goes directly to Scentsy's fulfillment center in Meridian, Idaho, where it's packed and shipped.
Shipping Times
Standard shipping within the continental US typically takes 5–7 business days from the time your order is processed. Processing usually begins within 1–2 business days of order placement. During peak seasons (holidays, new catalog launches, Bring Back My Bar events), processing and shipping times may be slightly longer due to high volume.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated based on order size and destination. Exact rates are displayed at checkout on your Consultant's website before you finalize your order. Some Consultants offer free shipping promotions or combine shipping for party orders to reduce costs.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also check order status through your Consultant's website or by contacting your Consultant directly.
Packaging
Scentsy products are carefully packaged for safe delivery. Warmers come with protective inserts, and wax bars are packaged to prevent melting damage. If you receive a damaged item, contact your Consultant immediately.
Return Policy
Scentsy stands behind their products with a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with a product, contact your Consultant within 30 days of receipt. Defective warmers are covered under warranty. Your Consultant can guide you through the specific return or exchange process.
International Shipping
Scentsy operates in multiple countries. If you're outside the US, check whether Scentsy has a presence in your country through scentsy.com — you may be able to order from a local Consultant with domestic shipping rates.
